Monroe Turner Williams, 61, Little Rock, departed this life February 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lauriece Renee Williams People. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Oletha Wright-Williams; grandchildren, Faith, Vincent, Hope People; siblings, Ernestine Williams-Newman, Joe Louis Williams, both of Baton Rouge, La., David Williams of Chicago, Ill., Silas Williams of Connecticut, Shavers Williams of Gary, Ind., Margaret Williams of Little Rock, Mildred Williams, of North Little Rock, Robert Williams of Baton Rouge, La.; three grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
