Ruth Ann McManus

Ruth Ann McManus, age 77, of Crossett, Ark. passed away on February 14, 2014 at Ashley County Medical Center. She was born on June 30, 1936 in Canton, Ill. to her parents, Cecil and Mildred Suydam. Mrs. McManus was a Registered Nurse and an Eastern Star. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Crossett and also attended First Baptist Church. Mrs. McManus was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert G. McManus. Survivors include two sons, Kevin McManus of Rainier, Okla., Barry McManus (Justine) of Midwest, Okla.; five grandchildren, Marshall McManus, Hudson McManus, Campbell McManus, Haddon McManus, Chris McManus; two great-grandchildren, Kya McManus, Zemecha McManus and her friends at the Presbyterian Church of Crossett, First Baptist Church and the Pillars. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, February 21, 2014 at the Presbyterian Church of Crossett with Bonnie Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com). Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
