Frances M. Brown

Frances M. Brown, 73, of Harrisburg, died Wednesday in Harrisburg. She was the daughter of Oley and Luvenia (Bedwell) Costner. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Bolivar Cemetery. Arrangements are by Jackson's Funeral Home.
