Robert Lee Misemer, 83, of Little Rock, died Sunday evening. He was born to the late Dolpha Edgar and Opal (nee Hutson) Misemer on August 24, 1930, in St. Louis, Mo. After high school, Robert served in the Missouri National Guard and then the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He married Arlene Hagemann on June 4, 1954 and they resided in Arnold, Missouri before relocating to Jacksonville, Arkansas. He was employed as a purchasing agent/planner at Union Camp, Great Plains Bag and AGL Corporation until his retirement in 1992. Following retirement, he enjoyed fishing, dancing and traveling to visit his family. He met Martha Light of Little Rock and they remained close companions for many years until his passing. Robert is survived by four children: Robert Dolph, Steven Douglas, Shelley Kay and Julie Tricia (DeLapp). He is survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A wake will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 22 at 6808 Pontiac Drive, North Little Rock.
