Stephen Lindsey Rains

Stephen Lindsey Rains, 61, of Haskell, went to be with his Lord, Jesus, February 20, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Millard Rains and Georgia Rains; sister, Carolyn Fleming, all of California; and son, Jeremy Rains of Iowa. He is survived by five children, Larry Rains, Carrie Downey and Carla Britton, all of Iowa and Dakota and Cheyenne Rains, of Haskell; and six grandchildren; brother, Don Rains; sister, Lou Garner of California; and his companion and caregiver, Julie Rains of Haskell; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was employed by Adam's Pest Control, where he was well respected and considered many of his customers to also be his friends. Visitation was Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 2 p.m., immediately followed at 3 p.m. with a memorial service, both at Holland Chapel Church. www.arkansasfuneralcare.com.
