Brooks L Rosen

Brooks L. Rosen, 75, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Brooks was born December 1, 1938 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Louis and Vivian B. Rosen. He is survived by his daughter, Laine Rosen Poe and her husband Antoine F. Poe, as well as by his sister Sallye Rosen Mann of Tulsa Oklahoma. Brooks graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1956 then attended Tulane University receiving a BBA in 1960. After completing his education Brooks began work in insurance, investments and real estate. He is a former member of the Better Business Bureau, Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club of Little Rock. He is also the former Treasurer of Temple B'nai Israel and the former Trustee of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Leo N. Levi National Arthritis Hospital. Brooks also served in the Arkansas National Guard from May 1962 till May 1968. A memorial service will be held in Ruebel Funeral Home on Saturday, January 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.
