KERMIT FRANK TRACY JR., 83, of Little Rock passed away on Dec. 28, 2013. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2013 at 2 p.m. A private graveside will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
