Mark Andrew Harris

Mark Andrew Harris, 54, of Clinton went to be with the Lord on Thursday Jan. 2, 2014. Mark was born on Oct. 8, 1958 to the late John S. Harris Jr. and Alma Lee Stillman McAdams in Norman, Okla. By trade Mr. Harris was a broker for his trucking company but his love was for the outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, Mark's hobbies included hunting, fishing and spending time with his friends. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife, Tonya Harris of the home; three sons, Andrew N. Harris of Perryville, Daniel J. Harris of Little Rock and Colby D. Harris of Clinton. Also surviving are his brother, John S. Harris of Springdale; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kim and Steve Huggins and Debbie and Jeff Gray, both of Clinton; grandmother, Alma Gathright; and stepmother, Betty Harris Dennis. Many aunts; uncles; and friends also survive. The family will receive friends Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 from 9-11:30 a.m. at Clinton Funeral Service with funeral services at 2 p.m. at PeeDee Baptist Church with Brother Kyle Blanton officiating. Interment to follow at PeeDee Cemetery in Clinton. Family wishes that memorials be made to the Van Buren County Animal Shelter. Services entrusted to Clinton Funeral Service.
