Vivian Marcille (May) Hughes, 69, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at National Park Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Elbert Hughes; her parents, William Dewey and Mary May; four sisters; and one brother.
Vivian is survived by one sister, Joyce Ellis (Bryan); five daughters, Sara Hughes, Shannon Hughes, Martha Pyl (Mark), Angie Stout, and Candice McCauley (Dale); four grandchildren, Shay Stout, Dion Williams (Rosie), Marty Hughes and Diamond Carter; and seven great-grandchildren, Jaylen, Kolbie, Adrien, Gavien, Kymberli, Bellah and baby Evyn.
We would like to thank the second floor nurses, Gentiva Hospice and most of all Dr. Timothy Webb and Genesis Cancer Center.
Family will be receiving guests at the family home.
