Samuel Freaderick Williams

Samuel Frederick Williams "Fred" was born December 27, 1952 and reached his finish line on January 3, 2014. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972 until 1976. After his service he went on to graduate from Henderson State University receiving a degree in accounting. He was a C.P.A. in Arkansas and Texas. Retiring in 2009, Fred had a long and distinguished career as an Appeals Officer with the Internal Revenue Service in Dallas, Texas. Though he had a passion for horse racing and good steaks, he will mainly be remembered as a devoted father, son, and brother. He is preceded in death by his father Fred Williams and his brother Ted Williams. Fred is survived by his son Samuel Brett Williams, {Claudia} of New York City, his mother Joanna Williams of Hot Springs Village, his sisters Ginger Williams of Little Rock, Karen Williams of Hot Springs, and brother, Billy Jack Williams of Austin, Texas.
