Herbert Allen, 81, died Wednesday. Survivors: daughters, Florence Nelson, Covington, Tenn., Barbara Fikes, Cotton Plant; brother, H.H. Allen, Jr., Bradford; sister, Genova Hopper, Kensett; four granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren. Visitation Friday, 6-8 p.m., Fowler Funeral Home, Brinkley. Funeral Service: Saturday, 10 a.m., Fowler Funeral Chapel. Burial Cotton Plant Cemetery.
