God opened his arms and welcomed another one of his children home. Tony Gene Bland, 55, died January 13, 2014. He was a long time resident of Conway Human Development Center. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Louise and Billy Bland and one brother Tracy Bland. He is survived by one sister Terry Tew of North Little Rock; three brothers, Randy Bland of Tulsa, OK; Perry and Gary Bland of North Little Rock; several nieces, nephews and his extended family at Conway Human Development Center.
