Tony Long

TONY LONG 48, of Sherwood, Ark., departed this life Jan. 15, 2014 surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Tony was born in North Little Rock the youngest child of Henry and Mattie Long. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Henrietta Harper and Martha Young; brothers, Henry Jr., and Troy Long. Tony loved the outdoors and his favorite hobbies included his weekend outings with his granddaughter Arianna, fishing, landscaping, and helping others. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife, Patricia; daughter, Erin; granddaughter, Arianna; sisters, Maxine Hyde, Pearlie (Oscar) Laster, Georgia (Chuck) Ferrell, Trudean (Karl) Brown, and Bobbie Long; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
