Linda Frances McFalls Watson

Linda Frances McFalls Watson, 70, of Hot Springs went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 24, 2014. She was borned November 6, 1943 in Pine Bluff to Willie B. McFalls and Maudi Faye Lee Edwards. Linda was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Leonard R. Watson. She was a loving mother and grandmother and there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her family. She always had a smile on her face and made many friends during the 26 years she worked at Arkansas Bank & Trust/Regions Bank, and upon her retirement from Regions, in the Winner's Circle at Oaklawn Park. Survivors Include a daughter, Wendy and favorite son-in-law Scott Wacaster of Malvern; son, John Watson of Hot Springs; brothers, Thomas E. (Linda) McFalls of Star City and William F. (Nola) McFalls of Deville, LA; brother-in-law, Gene (Barbara) Watson; sister-in-law, Alene (Archie) Gray; as well as several nieces and nephews. Linda is also survived by the absolute love of her life since he was born, her grandson, Zachary (Zach) Wacaster. A special word of thanks is due the many doctors and nurses that have cared for her over the course of her illness. Especially Dr. Divers at Genesis Cancer Center and Dr. Koehn at Arkansas Hospice and their nurses and staff. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Gross Funeral Home. Following the memorial service, a time of family, friends and fellowship will be held at Butterfield Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
