Melba Jo Chattley, 75, of Pangburn, died Saturday, January 25. She was born March 17, 1938. Melba was a member of the Pangburn United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Bill Mitchell; a daughter, Anita Mitchell; a brother, Bobby Potter; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
