Viene Johnson, 76 of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2014. She was born March 24, 1937 in Benton, Arkansas to the late Lawrence Edward Tatum and Pearl May Bryan Tatum. She was a lifetime member of New Friendship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Deborah Ballard; two brothers and one sister. She is survived by son, Ricky Johnson (Melissa) of Benton; daughter, Janet Mashburn (Albert) of Benton; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sister, Susie Rankin of Oklahoma Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at New Friendship Cemetery in Benton, Arkansas with Bro.
