Debra Binker-Browning was born in 1959 in the Bronx, New York. At 18, she joined the United States Air Force and worked primarily as an air traffic controller until she retired in December of 1997. After retiring, Debbie and her family settled in Cabot, Arkansas and opened Cabot Zones in 1997. Debra passed away on June 25, 2014. She was 55 years old. Debbie is survived by her husband, Steve Browning and two sons, Chad and Camron Browning. Her memorial service will be held July 5, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.
