Ruth Mason

Ruth Mason, 88, passed away Monday June 30, 2014 at Ouachita County Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born June 11, 1926 in Waldo, Ark. to Samuel J. and Oma Eunice Moore Lindsey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Wilson; a son, Irttie Allen Wilson; a daughter, Sharon Kay Perry; and two grandsons, Robin Perry and Bill Wilson. Mrs. Mason is survived by two sons, Ronnie Wilson and his wife, Maxine of Louann, Ark. and Junior Wilson of Taylor, Ark.; a daughter, Eva "Snookie" Wilson of Bearden, Ark.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, James Lindsey. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A memorial service will beheld 2 p.m. Saturday, July 12 at Sylvan Hills Baptist Church with James Lindsey and Carl Hart officiating.
