Gerogia Ruth Ward

GEORGIA RUTH WARD of North Little Rock was born Sept. 2, 1929 in Guthrie, Okla. to Edward and Estie Price and passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2014 in Little Rock at Hospice Home Care Inpatient Center. She was devoted to her family always putting others needs before her own. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, J.L. Ward; and her children, Judy Nagle and her husband William of North Little Rock, Larry Ward of North Little Rock and Annette Bradley and her husband Eddie of Conway; other survivors include her sister, Priscilla House of Benton, Ark.; and a brother, James Price of Dallas, Texas; as well as her grandchildren, Shannon Brooks, Jeff Ward, Justin Ward, Kristin Law, Trey Bradley and Erin Bradley; as well as great-grandchildren, Noah Brooks and Avery Brooks. She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers; and one granddaughter. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. and a funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 1 p.m.. All arrangements will be held at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock.
