Bruce Rogers

Bruce E. Rogers, age 79, of West Plains, Missouri died Thursday, July 03, 2014. He was born February 07, 1935 to Ham and Lottie (Plant) Rogers of Romance, Arkansas. He was of the Church of Christ faith, a Veteran, and a long haul truck driver. Bruce is survived by his wife, Virginia Rogers of West Plains, Missouri; two sons, Steve (Leng Wong) Rogers of Austin, Texas, Phil "Buc" (Tonya ) Rogers of Alexander, Arkansas; three stepsons of Missouri; three granddaughters, Kendal Rogers, Cali Rogers, Juanita Elliott; four sisters, Alene Moon of Rose Bud, Arkansas, Ruth Cowgill of Searcy, Arkansas, Matilda (John) Brownd of Newport, Arkansas, Emma Gene Reames of Romance, Arkansas; two brothers, Carl "Dickie" (Georgia) Rogers of Romance, John "J.P." (Shirley) Rogers of Beebe, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters, and one stepson. A Memorial Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday July 13, 2014 at the Church of Christ in Romance with the visitation to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
