Carolyn Marie Binns-Hoover 60, of Little Rock was born in Dermott, Arkansas on October 10,1953 She departed this life on Sunday, July 13, 2014 Surround by her daughter and Family, She recently retired from Arkansas Farm Bureau Insurance Company she was employed there for 39 years as a Image Control Operator.
She was preceded in death by her two grandchildren, Tremauelle Perkins,Jabaree Brown; one brother, James Binns Jr. She leaves to cherish her loving, caring and devoted daughte, Esugina L. Baker; two grandchildren, Davion Finney and Raniyah Fairchild; parents; James Henry Binns and Asie Lee Binns; one sister, Evelyn Onema; two nephews; Paul Onema Jr, James Onema; one niece, Ekoko Onema; one great-niece, Paris Smith; and three great-nephew, Michah Onema, Paul Martin and Jeremiah Onema.
