Claud D Moss

Reverend Claud D. Moss, 67, of Waldo, Arkansas, died Friday, July 18, 2014, at the Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born January 14, 1947 to Leavy and Nonnie (McQuay) Moss. He married Ruthie Lee Evans in April 1966. To this union nine children were born. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Lee Otis Dockery. He leaves to cherish his memories: Ruthie Evans of Waldo, Ark.; six sons: Douglas and Leavy Moss of Magnolia, Ark.; Michell Moss of Village, Ark.; Kenneth Moss of Temple, Texas; Naaman Moss of Okolona, Ark.; and Paul Beasley of Little Rock, Ark.; five daughters; Carla Morris of Little Rock, Ark.; Shaniel Gulley of Rosston, Ark.; Claudette Grantt of Magnolia, Ark.; LaRuth Ross of Dallas, Texas and Tiffany Jackson of Prescott, Ark.; one brother: Quinton Moss of Westerville, Ohio; three sisters: Barbara Jackson and Syble Marsh of Little Rock, Ark.; and Virginia King of Dallas, Texas; 23 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 517 Nevada 162, Waldo, Ark. 71770. Burial will follow at McKinney Cemetery in Willisville, Ark., under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service. Visitation will be from noon until 4 p.m. with Family hour from 3-4 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Henderson's Funeral Home, 614 Calhoun Rd., Magnolia, Ark. 71753.
