Martha Ann (Brown) Piety of Hazen, left the loving presence of her family on June 3, 2014. She was born July 18, 1944 to Lloyd E. and Thelma Lorene Brown of Lonoke.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 1/2 years, Marion Ralph Piety; her father, Lloyd E. Brown Sr. and her brother, Lloyd E. Brown Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Pam Hill of Lonoke, Teresa Piety of Hazen and Karen Piety of Arizona; step-son, Marty Piety of Beebe; her mother, Thelma Lorene (Ward) Brown; brothers, Lewis (Betty) Brown, Buddy (Pat) Brown, Marty (Dianne) Brown, and Clyde Brown all of Lonoke, Jack Brown of Carlisle and Dale Brown of Austin; her sisters, Sharon (R.V.) Bullock of Lonoke, Shirley (Carroll) Evants of De Valls Bluff, Anita (Mel) Jameson of Quinlan, Texas, and Barbara (Kenneth) Loftis of Sheridan. She was a loving grandmother to Richie, Elexas, Clay, Becca, and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Hazen. Visitation will be from 11 to 2 p.m. at the chapel prior to the service.
