Frank Mallory Lemon, 80, of Little Rock, slipped through the fingers of his family and into the arms of his Heavenly Father on June 8, 2014. He was born May 24, 1934, the youngest of six children of C.N. and Julia Lemon. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sons. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia Lemon, and his daughter and son-in-law, Mallory and Lex Martinez of Benton. He was a beloved Papa to his four grandchildren, Olivia, Alexander, Molly and Elle. He also leaves two sisters and two brothers, Mildred Ragsdill of Little Rock, Julia Fewsmith of Ft. Worth, Texas, Charles Lemon of Dallas, Texas, and Robert Lemon of N. Augusta, S.C. He was retired from his career as a civil engineer with the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, was an avid photographer and brilliant woodworker, and volunteered countless hours on projects for those in need of his many skills. The family would like to thank Jerry and Nina Hughes for their dear friendship of 50 years and the staffs of St. Vincent MICU and Arkansas Hospice for their excellent care during his brief illness. Visitation will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 W. Markham, Little Rock, Ark. on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be at Ruebel Funeral Home, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. followed by burial at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
