Mr. John Carter Sr., 83, of Pine Bluff, passed Wednesday. June 4, 2014. Services will be Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Old St. James Baptist Church by Rev. Robert Robinson at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Section of Graceland Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
