Manuel Picado, 83, Little Rock, died Sunday. Born March 23, 1931 in Santiago, Chile. Employee at MM Cohn for 10 years, and then owned daycare. Survived by wife Rosa Picado and brother, Sergio Picado. Visitation: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Arkansas Funeral Care, Jacksonville. Graveside service 1pm Tuesday, Roselawn Memorial Park, Little Rock.
