Dorothy Moore

Dorothy Moore 95, of Jacksonville passed from this life on June 10, 2014. She was born in Roland, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband T.R. Moore and her son Frank Moore. She is in Heaven going to the boat. She leaves to cherish her memory her brother Bob Holladay, son James Moore (Jimmeye) of Texarkana, Texas, her daughter Elizabeth Bisbee of Little Rock, her daughter Evelyn Mize (Richard) of North Little Rock, her daughter Nancy Smith of Sherwood and her daughter Sandra Inman (Jim) of Ward. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews. Dorothy was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Gravel Ridge and a former member of Landmark Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would also like to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Calhoun and his nurse Marquita at Jacksonville Medical Center for their help throughout the years, and to the hospital staff of Springhill Baptist 1A. Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Keith Wesner, Keith Mize, Mike Bisbee, Robert Davis, Blake Wyles and Justin Wyles. Honorary Pallbearer will be Talen Wesner. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial be made to Martindale Church in Little Rock. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday , June 13, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Gravel Ridge with Pastor Tim Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Martindale Cemetery.
