MINISTER GERMAINE A. JOHNSON JR., was born Oct. 6, 1972 to the late Curtis Arthur Johnson Jr. and Annette Johnson Hill. He was the husband of LaKisha Aldridge Johnson. Germaine leaves his legacy to six amazing sons, Javan (Glorie), Germaine Jr., Jaleel, T'zion, Josiah and Judah. Germaine was known as the "voice of sickle cell" in the state of Arkansas. He was the founder of Sickle Cell Support Services. He had a passion for ministering to others about sickle cell disease. His advocacy brought about many changes for individuals living with this disease. Germaine was a warrior and fought brave and strong to the end. Germaine will be greatly missed and leaves behind to cherish his memories mother, Annette Johnson-Hill; siblings, Diane (George) Starks, Angela (Jesse) Scott, Deborah Walker, Curtis A. (Jana) Johnson III, Detric Johnson, Dart anion (Tina) Johnson, Kim (Ernest) Sanders; aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends. The family hour for Germaine will be held at Robinson Mortuary Little Rock Chapel on Thursday evening from 6:30-8 p.m. The funeral services will be held on Friday, 12 noon at Agape Church on Napa Valley Rd.
