Kermit R. Deitz

Kermit Deitz, 84, of Searcy, born August 18, 1929, passed away June 16, 2014. He was a 1951 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in chemistry. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Kermit is preceded in death by parents, Amos and Mary Elise Deitz; twin brother, Karl Deitz; brother, Charles Deitz; and sister, Dorothy deFrance. Kermit is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Phyllis Deitz. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 19 at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
