Thomas Randolph "Randy" Parkman, 63, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, June 16, 2014. He was born February 27, 1951 in Killeen, Texas to Thomas Morledge and Iva Nell Jester Parkman. He is survived by his wife, Mendy Parkman, of Jacksonville; son, David Thomas Parkman, of Eureka Springs; step daughter, Genie Bearden (Brian) of North Dakota, stepson, Robert Croucher (Monica) of Carlisle; three grandchildren, Sierra, Eliza and Prudence Parkman; eight step grandchildren, Jesus, Cody, Mickey, Farren, Brendan, Lauryn, Caleb and Gabby; three step great-grandchildren; sisters, Trudy Sher, of Texas, Janet Stamper, of Arkansas, Tammy, Tina and Pam; one brother, John Denson of Sherwood and nephew, Barry Deboard, of Texas; and a host of extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by two nephews, Scott Rowland and Jeremy Stamper. He worked for Ad Craft for over 20 years as a Screen Printer and for La Quinta as a Maintenance supervisor. He was an Eagle Scout and a Scout Master for many years. Randy will be loved and missed by all. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
