Billie C. Fitts

BILLIE C. FITTS was born Aug. 22, 1937 in Moro, Ark. Billie moved to Little Rock upon graduation from high school, she retired after working for Maybelline/L'Oreal. Billie went home to be with the Lord June 25, 2014. Billie was preceded in death by her father, Laverne Fitts; her mother, Leedell Fitts; and her most beloved brother, Larry Fitts. The three loves of Billie's life were Christ, Larry, and Aunt Leedell. All three were baptized in the Oak Grove Church of Christ together. Billie was a member of the Levy Church of Christ, and the family is grateful for all her church family that loved her and visited her in the Nursing and Rehab Center. Billie was an avid gardener of beautiful flowers, enjoyed cooking years ago, being independent, and always saying that "God will give the answer." Survivors include: cousins; one nephew; one niece; and one grandniece. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to: Levy Church of Christ, Arkansas Childrens Hospital or Charity of choice. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday., July 2, 2014 at Edgewood Memorial Park Cemetery Pavilion in North Little Rock with Mr. Hugh Hale officiating, with entombment following in the Mausoleum. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. Sign an online guest book at www.husonfuneralhome.com.
