Duane Edward Phelps

DUANE EDWARD PHELPS, 61, of Sherwood passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014. He was born Oct. 18, 1952 in Little Rock, Ark. to Elvin Blair and Eva Edwards Phelps. He was a native of North Little Rock and graduated from North Little Rock High School. He was an Assistant Paramedic and a volunteer firefighter. He is survived by his half brother, William "Bill" Phelps (Sherri) of Arkadelphia; two step-sisters, Madeline Blackwell (Mike) of North Little Rock and Donna McHenry (Bob) of Little Rock; and numerous nieces; nephews; and extended family.
