George Wiley Evans, 74, of Little Rock, Ark, passed peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2014. A celebration of his life will be held today, March 1, 2014, 11 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, 1109 South State Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery.
