Don Carlos "Fluke" McNeal, age 80, of Perryville, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014. He was born March 22, 1933 in Nimrod, Arkansas a son of the late Roy and Joyce Cowger McNeal. He was a Cattle Inspector for the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, a member of the Nimrod Baptist Church, and the widower of Norma King McNeal.
Survivors include one daughter, Panky Gardner (Tim) of Bigelow; brothers, Bill McNeal (Martha) of Little Rock, Robert McNeal (Connie) of Nimrod, and George McNeal (Linda) of Cherry Hill; three grandchildren, Ashley Shaw, Holly Griffis, and Zach Gardner; four great-grandchildren, Garland and Jasper Shaw, Bradley and Aiden Griffis.
