Joshua David Garner, 40, of Dover, died Saturday, March 1, 2014. The son of Roy and Anita Adams Garner, he was born February 5, 1974 in Newport News, Va. He was a 1992 graduate of Dover High School. Josh had worked in food service, and more recently, at the Hewlett-Packard Call Center in Conway.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David Garner, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Jamie Pruitt. Josh is survived by his son, Alexander Page Garner; parents, Roy and Anita Garner, Dover; a brother, Brad Garner and wife Andrea and their children, McKenzie Reavis and Avery Garner, Richmond, KY; paternal grandmother, Daisy Garner, Scott.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Humphrey Chapel. Rev. Doug Hambrick will officiate. Burial will be private at Oak BoweryCemetery, in Conway.
