JAMES "SHORTY" LEACH, 82, Little Rock, departed this life March 4, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, James Ellis Leach; mother, Willie Mae Slocum. He leaves to cherish his memory: sister, Effie Brown; brothers, Eddie Lee Harris, Gilbert Harris; a host of nieces, nephews and family friends.
