Lois C. Rumsey Baker, 83, of Benton was welcomed to her heavenly home on Wednesday March 5, 2014. Born April 30, 1930, she was raised in Moberly, Mo. where she graduated from Moberly High School. She raised her family moving throughout the country until she finally settled in Benton, Ark.
She married Carol Baker of Benton in 1982 and together they served the Lord both at Foursquare Church and at Living Waters Church that they started until his death in 1996. She then carried on her Christian walk as a member of Faith Fellowship of Benton.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Forest and Alberta Rumsey; brothers, Robert and William "Bill" Rumsey; her sister, Caroline Saale; and her youngest son, Mark Green. She is survived by a daughter, Jeana C. Green, Benton; son, Forest H. Green and his wife, Darrellyn, Little Rock; grandchildren, Melissa Green Duvall, Tulsa, Okla., Jason Green, Fayetteville, Ark., and Darrell and Jessica Green, Little Rock; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marlene Gardner and Peg Mistler, Iowa.
