Larry Orlicek

Larry Orlicek, age 81, of Malvern, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in the Malvern Nursing and Rehab. He was born on October 4, 1932 in Hazen, Arkansas to the late Emil Orlicek and Susie Gerren Orlicek. Reared and receiving his early education in England, Arkansas, he was a graduate of the U of A College of Engineering in Fayetteville. He retired from Reynolds Metals in Hot Spring County in 1993. Larry was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Malvern. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Diane Foster Orlicek; four children, Ann Peters (Dale), Bill Orlicek, Jane Coonce (Mark), and Carolyn Paul (Steve); and one sister, Margaret Seymour. He was also the proud grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of two. A celebration of his life will be held among the immediate family.
