Richard L. Hutton

Richard L. Hutton, 76, of Little Rock, passed away on March 10, 2014, at Hospice Home Care. Richard was born December 18, 1937, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Clyde and Crystal Hutton. He served in the United States Army on the general's staff during the Korean occupation. His term of service was from June, 1958 until February, 1963. Upon release from the Army, Richard began his career in sales in the shoe business, first with Brown Shoe Company, and then with Graham Brown Shoe Company He eventually purchased Tot to Teen Shoes in Little Rock, from where he retired. He was active in the Men's Club at Christ the King Catholic Church for many years, as well as serving as an usher. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Terri Johnson Hutton; son, Patrick Hutton, and wife Crystal; daughter, Pamela Irmen and husband Michael; son, Scott Hutton; a sister, Carol Ranciglio and one brother, Chuck Hutton; two granddaughters, Caroline Irmen and McKenzie Hutton; one grandson, Samuel Irmen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m., Friday, March 14, 2014, at Christ the King Catholic Church.
