Joseph Walker Dugan, 83, of Wynne, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in Wynne. Survivors are his wife, Jo Annette "Jodie" Halk Dugan of the home; daughter, Ann Dugan Menendez Spearman and husband Robert of Calico Rock; son, Joseph William Dugan and wife LuAnne of Wynne; grandchildren, Walker and Katheryn Dugan; and Hope Dugan Menendez. Visitation will be Thursday, from 5 to 7 at Kernodle Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Cogbill Cemetery. Celebration of Life will be held at the First United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2014. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Wynne, Wynne Boys and Girls Club, or charity of the donor's choice.
