Ivan F. Dollar

Ivan F. Dollar, 71, of Scott, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 surrounded by his wife and kids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan T. & Helen Dollar; two brothers, Cleon F. Dollar and Jean E. Dollar; a sister, Colleen Dollar. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Helen Dollar; daughters, Denise Mooney (Terry) of Beebe, Anita Dollar of Scott; son, Rev. Fredrick Dollar (Jenny) of Scott; grandchildren, Laken, Olivia, & Noah Mooney; sister, Anita Sue McCarver of Malvern; two sisters-in-law, Nina Dollar & Angie Dollar. In 2001 he retired from Price's Utility Contractors and also retired as a Master Sergeant with the National Guard. He served as a supply preacher for 15 years and helped build a church in Guatemala. Visitation is Monday, March 17, 2014 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home.
