Edith Evelyn Snow

Edith Evelyn Snow, 85 of Searcy passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Crossing at Riverside. She was born June 20, 1928 to the late Byron Smith and Mary Sarringar Smith. She was a member of West Race Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and was loved by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Beth Maurer (Keith Crafton) of Searcy; and one son, Irvin Snow (Pam) of Milton, Wis.; five grandchildren, Kathy McCoy (Jerry), Ed Snow (Jen), Jenny Turnage (Steven), Anna Maurer and Will Maurer; four great-grandchildren, Kiah Snow, Paili McCoy, Jeff and Josiah Turnage. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Snow; one daughter, Linda James; and three brothers, Gene Smith, Glen Smith, and Kenneth Smith. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2014 at Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home.
