MARILYN L. COOK, age 70, of North Little Rock, Ark., died Thursday, March 20, 2014 in a North Little Rock Hospital. Mrs. Cook was born Feb. 11, 1944 in Texarkana, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny R. Cook. She is survived by her husband, Sam Cook, of North Little Rock, Ark.; one daughter, Tina Megason of Reno, Nev.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Victoria Cook of Mayflower, Ark., and Neil and Danna Cook of Dallas, Texas; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
