Michael Travis Dugger, 50, of Conway, born May 28, 1963, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014. He was employed by United States Postal Service for 16 years. He served six years in the Navy.
Michael is survived by his parents, Travis and Sally Dugger. He is also survived by a brother, Tim and his wife Shelly Dugger; niece, Kelsey Dugger; and additional family in North Carolina and Maine.
