Helen Greer

Helen Marie Greer, 72, of Mayflower, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014. Helen and her husband, Don owned Greer Dental Lab, from which they retired and they also owned D.G. Builders Company. She was the best cook ever and when at Helen's house, there was always food for everyone. She loved to cook and sew, and watch home improvement and cooking shows. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family and working with her husband in the yard. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Donald Greer Sr., of Mayflower; daughters, Dawn Stane (Shawn) of North Little Rock, Darla Green (Brian) of Maumelle; son, Donald Greer, Jr. (Terry) of Mayflower; four grandchildren, Sydney, Logan, Grayson and Charlie; and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clem and Dona Hamling. Memorials may be made to Don Greer Mayflower Tornado Victim Fund, www.gofundme.com. Family will receive friends at 12:30 p.m., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle.
