Our dear sister, DEBARA ANN BRUNSON, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014. She was born May 12, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia to Lyndal and Ila Pearl Brunson. As a child growing up in Star City, Deb showed an aptitude for dance, music, and piano. She enjoyed gardening, reading, cats, crossword puzzles, and traveling with family and friends. She was an adoring aunt, devoted daughter, sister and friend. Deb graduated from Arkansas State University and worked as a medical technologist at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock for many years where she also taught med-tech students. She was very dedicated to her profession and was loved by friends and co-workers alike. One of the lasting impressions Deb left with everyone was her kindness. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by brothers, Gaylon and Dechard; three nephews, Shawn, Jacob, and Matthew; and four grand-nieces. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, May 4 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway. Funeral services are at 10 a.m., Monday, May 5 at Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church, 4401 Woodlawn.
