Arthur Allen, age 85, passed away Monday. A member of Valley Baptist Church he was a amature radio operator and weather spotter and former member of Kiwanis Club. Survivors: wife, Jo Ann Allen, stepsons, Ronnie Webb, Dennis Webb, stepdaughters, Betty Sullivan, Pamela Ball, Beverly Weisbach and Teresa Scott.
