Harold Wayne Barnett of Little Rock, born June 17, 1954 passed away May 10, 2014. He is survived by wife; Phyllis Barnett, four children; Wachelle Barnett, Corey Barnett, Jermaine Barnett, Brandy Barnett, three step-children; Nicholas Bates, Natasha Bates, Skyler Bates, 11 brothers & sisters, a host of other relatives and friends.
