Bobby Ray Penn, 59, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014. He leaves to cherish his memory; son, Nolan McCuien; mother, Birdia Penn; siblings, Robert and Thomas Penn, Virginia McGhee (Tommy), Marcia Penn- Given (Carl) and Jane Penn-Rector (Roderick); and a host of other relatives and friends.
