Mrs. Nola D. Curtis 86, of Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Blytheville, Ark. passed away Wednesday May 14, 2014. She was the widow of Roy James Curtis. She was born on September 20, 1927 in Morley, Mo. to the late Harry and Alice Williams. She retired in 1989 after 20 years of teaching at Blytheville, Ark. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Susan Todd and five brothers, Adrian, Floyd, Dick, Harry and Ralph Williams Also a sister, Linda Ann King one nephew Gary Joe Williams. She is survived by her one granddaughter, Amy Hughes and grandson, Ben Tegethoff and three great-grandchildren, Maddox Hughes, Chase Tegethoff and Mallory Tegethoff. She was of the Baptist faith. A visitation will be held at Nunnelee Funeral Home located at 205 N Stoddard St, Sikeston, Mo. 63801 at 10 a.m. Saturday May 17, 2014 followed by grave side service at Forrest Hills Memorial Cemetery in Morley, Mo. 1201 S. Kingshighway, Sikeston, Mo. at 11 a.m. with Rev. Joe Hicks officiating. Memorials may be made to CARTI or the American Cancer Society.
